Complaint against Fedex

24 hr delivery.Was on van but taken back,excuse was recipient refused delivery,which was untrue,I have cctv to prove no one came,after calling was told the road was closed,but it wasnt.secondday was told would be delivered by 3pm,it wasnt.More calling was told he was new driver,different driver,digital sign for gizmo broken so had to use paper,then told help was sent to him to help deliver as he had too many parcels,still no delivery on second day.Notice on tracking says delivery by 6 pm on third day.

Arrived on third day 10.30am but not scanned onto vehicle so they had no idea if it was on the van or not when I called them 3 more times that morning,no apology or anything,terrible service
