Complaint against Homebase

I purchased a kitchen in full at Cambridge Homebase in September. A fitter was booked independently for 23 October. I received a text to say my kitchen was being delivered on 9 October between 0800 -1700 and I would receive a call that day to say exactly when. The call never came. I made several calls to the central 0345 customer care line and received conflicting advice and no word on my delivery. The items turned up between 6.30 pm - 7.00 pm that night. I opened the delivery to find it was not the main delivery but an additional order for 4 extra panel units made in the Newmarket store at the beginning of October. I opened the items
