[LAPSED] Text said I wasn't in to sign - I was!

Complaint against Interlink Express

I arranged to work from home so I could sign for my delivery. Received a text saying when it would arrive, and then another one saying I wasn't there to sign for it! I was sitting on the sofa next to the front door for the whole hour delivery window. They don't even have a customer services number I can call that isn't just automated! So now I've been told its coming on monday. Well it certainly didn't come today and I don't have a card through the door saying they missed me - which is because the driver never came. Terrible company.

Hey Tom, Sorry to hear that this happened we make sure that we do everything we can in order to get all our parcels delivered. So theres no need to have them back at the depot.
