[LAPSED] Text said I wasn't in to sign - I was!
Complaint against Interlink Express
I arranged to work from home so I could sign for my delivery. Received a text saying when it would arrive, and then another one saying I wasn't there to sign for it! I was sitting on the sofa next to the front door for the whole hour delivery window. They don't even have a customer services number I can call that isn't just automated! So now I've been told its coming on monday. Well it certainly didn't come today and I don't have a card through the door saying they missed me - which is because the driver never came. Terrible company.
