Deceptive and unprofessional

Complaint against XDP Express

After receiving only 2 if 3 packages that make up my bed I contacted the local depot and discovered that a mistake had been made by the driver who had delivered part of my delivery to another customer to which I understand mistakes can be made and said very well so long as the issue is now being resolved, after waiting a day or so I then contacted the the local depot again to be told that all parcels were delivered and not there problem as I’d signed, I had signed for the two parcels as the driver said the 3rd must be arriving later and that I had to sign for the ones that had arrived, I explained what the first person I’d had contact with had said about the mistake being made and was told well obviously she lied to you! I do NOT feel she lied as she was extremely helpful and knew almost immediately what had happened as they had the other customers parcel at the depot. I explained this again and was told to call back, which I did several times before getting an answer and was told that yes it was being sorted and I should soon receive my final parcel. Again no parcel and I’m trying to make contact with the depot to no avail. I have been given the run around and if they are unable to deliver the 3rd part of the bed I wish they would just say so I can return the unusable item to the seller. Extremely unprofessional approach and communication between themselves and with customers is ridiculous. E. Blake
