Complaint against XDP Express
was told by seller of item it would be delivered on Oct 13th between 5.18 pm -8.48 pm byXDP EXPRESS was given tracking number etc and that confirmed it. Item did not arrived.So rang XDP and i did speak to them.They told me it had not been put on van was missingi bay area.Had to wait while they checked this out.They came back and said found it.Hpefully it would leave depot by 11 am. Check track after 11 am.Got a message in from seller to tell me he had also been onto XDP and they told him it was now on van for delivery between 16.48 pm and 19.48 pm today 14 Oct.I checked tracking and that confirmed it. It is now 20.45 no delivery again Had a delivery from another delivery firm whom comes to us a lot and when i told him.He said i expect we will deliver your item tomorrow or Monday that is what XDP do they drop it off at other delivery firms for them to deliver.The customer can't complain to those drivers or firms because they have only just been given it.When i told the other delivery driver i have tracking for delivery today yep right allthe luck see you tomorrow or Monday.So lets see what happens.Because XDP will say it was passed to local firm for delivery and sorry they did not deliver on time.So they hopelocal firm gets bad name.That is not right.Very very unhappy as i am disabled and would have asked neighbours to help me with item as it is a heavy item to put it up in my bungalow as i am not allowed to lift anything heavy.So lets see it and when it gets delivered.
