Complaint against XDP Express
I was abroad when this courier company came to deliver my parcel. They didn't leave any card inform with whom they left my parcel. When I return to UK I start a battle trying to call to XDP but sometimes the numbers don't work, others they simply don't pick up the phone and they treat the customer poorly. I ask a proof to sent to Ebay to be refunded and even this they didn't make it right. I think that they should change the policies about leaving our items to our neighbours without our permission. They do this to make their lives easier to don't come back again. They also should ask to the customer to provide ID to make sure that is the person or at least take their names and an ID number with their signature. That's why some couriers are starting taking customers values because they simply sign on customer behalf or even some neighbour and then it will be difficult to prove that the real owner didn't receive the parcel. It was the best experience that I ever had with a courier company. I'm still trying everything to prove that I don't have my parcel to get my money back from Ebay and it is so difficult to call to XDP because even the email for complaints don't work and the number that I call they didn't help me to investigate what happen and sorted out.
