Complaint against ArrowXL

Arrowxl delivered 3 items from appliances direct the value of just under £800.00 1 item was damaged I told the drivers in my kitchen to take it back,they said that's not the procedure ,you ring the company and they will tell us to bring you new item back next week and then we take the damaged item,in the mean time you can use the item.Not the case appliances direct even though product was delivered damaged said I shouldn't have took delivery of item now I had to pay for it to go back.£89.00 later it was sent back using another company,so because of arrowxl telling me wrong information I'm £89.00 lighter,I believe arrowxl should be responsible for this money,but have been very unhelpful.
