Complaint against ArrowXL

Ordered Sunday for next day delivery. Received at their hub Sunday evening before their cut off time. No delivery Monday despite paying for a next day delivery. Rang customer services after holding for 25 minutes, advised delivery will be Tuesday. Told them we paid for next day delivery but advised to take it up with the company I ordered the goods with as Arrow state they received the goods too late. Arrows website specifically states goods ordered pre-9pm are available for next day delivery. Have phoned Tuesday morning and held for over a hour so gave up, webchat busy from 8am to 10am. Phoned the company I ordered from and they advised Arrow have scheduled delivery for next Tuesday. 9 days later than delivery should be. Finally connected through webchat and told delivery scheduled for Thursday. Asked if I could collect from the hub, told no, asked them if I could arrange my own courier to collect from the hub, advised they would ring the hub and would ask the hub to phone me urgently, two hours have no passed and no call. Webchat is unavailable because no agents are free and have just held again on their customer services number for over 25 minutes before giving up. Tried to get a number for the hub myself but listings with BT are discontinued numbers.
