This company has to be by far the worse delivery company I have ever dealt with and will certainly ensure I never have any further interaction with them. After pre-booking a delivery date and time and taking a day off work to accommodate the delivery it did not arrive even after receiving a confirmation email and text that delivery would be made within the specified time scale. Delivery did not occur. After chasing for an update I was finally informed that delivery would not be possible and would need to be rearranged. Delivery was rearrange for the following day, same time slot yet no delivery again. Chasing customer service I was informed that they have lost the items. So two days, two failed delivery attempts, no updates provided and all I receive from customer services is we are sorry but we don't have any further updates. Still waiting for my items
