My son didn't get his present thanks to you

Complaint against ArrowXL

I ordered a little tikes climbing from Tescos direct on the 9th of April. Delivered to your depo on the day of the fire(April 21st at Worcester). Scanned the day after at your WIGAN depo as being fine. Told then it was burnt, then told it was fine and put in transit. Have a confirmation email from someone in the Wigan branch confirming our parcel was all there and not damaged due to the fire in WORCESTER awaiting to hear from yourselves to schedule a delivery week ending (April 28th) prior to this my partner has offered of his own back to pick our parcel up from your WIGAN depo meaning a 5 hour plus round trip to have this in time. But surprise was not accepted. Also he's tried to arrange delivery to his work company as you deliver there at least once a week, but no luck there either! Delivery arranged on 27th of April for delivery on may 2nd and then the day of delivery. We receive a voicemail at 11am on May the 2nd saying You don't have our parcel and that your still awaiting for it to arrive from the supplier????? Many stories so far, 23 days waiting! should be 14 days maximum including shipping and delivery!. Unless you offer compensation I will be taking this further as we are now £500 down and my son has to wake up on his second birthday(4th of may 2017) with nothing. I would like to add I have an email to confirm each action you have taken. Scanned moves to depo out en route. I will be using this against you If needed in legal advice. A very upset and gutted family now! begging family for presents that will replace what we have saved for and not received. I hope you can understand my disappointment in yourselves Melissa lamb
