Complaint against ArrowXL
Booked order for delivery on 5th April. Arrow contacted me the night before to confirm, then contacted me at the time the delivery should have arrived and said they couldn't make it. Their excuse was 'items didn't arrive in time to put on van' which was a lie, since they contacted me the evening before to say they had the items at their depot. They then booked delivery for a date without confirming with me first (despite their 'tracker' stating 'customer arranged'). I contacted them and arranged an acceptable date, only to go back to their site to find they'd booked a completely different date. I contacted them to arrange delivery today, 15th (today), again they told me the order was arranged for today, and then contacted me this morning to say AGAIN it isn't arriving. Their excuse this time was 'not enough room on the van'. This is a delivery company! How can they simply cancel a delivery because they can't fit stuff in a van?? I have wasted two days holiday on this so far, and I have no confidence this company are actually capable of EVER delivering my order. This company is not fit for purpose. Avoid them, and avoid anyone who uses them as their delivery agent, as you may never see your purchases!
