Complaint against ArrowXL
Arrow were delivering a Superking bed for me. I scheduled delivery 31/03 and was given a very early morning time slot, so my husband got rid of our old bed that morning - the bed didn't arrive! Arrowxl said there was no room on the van and that the bed would be delivered the following day - the bed didn't arrive! Arroxl told us there was missing parts and the bed would be delivered the following Tuesday. Monday night a manager rings me to say the bed will not be delivered the following day because they cant find it! Meanwhile the supplier of the bed tells me that Arrowxl had returned the bed with missing parts and a new bed was sent to them on 02/04. Today is 05/04 and I have just had a call from a manager telling me they are still trying to find the bed in their warehouse. Credit to the guy for helping and keeping me informed but there are obviously big problems if a delivery company can loose a Superking bed (twice) in there own warehouse. I wanted to rate no stars but it wouldn't let me.
