waited in all day never got my delivery, tried to resolve it and they hanged up on me

I recv'd 3 text and several emails telling me my 3 seater sofa and 3 door wardrobe was being delivered monday 10th october between 3pm and 5 pm , last thing i revc'd was a text at 530pm to say i was not getting my goods, i phoned their office and was told they could not deliver because i was not home ( I was I had been all day ) they said they left me a note i didnt get a note thru my door. every time i phoned them tried to speak to them they thobb my off and hang up on me ( i dont appreciate that ) !!! i never had problems before and i had large deliveries from you before, so much so i inclined to cancel my order. so unexpected as the previous guys who delivered my corner sofa was VERY pleasant and up for the job didnt moan thats why i choose to order from you again.
