When delivering a suite broke my front door.

Complaint against ArrowXL

Last September when arrow delivered a suite they broke my front door. After many emails they accepted liability. I had to send photographs they said a company was dealing with it. After a few months I got a letter saying they were no longer dealing with it and it was back to Arrow. I contacted them again and another few months went past. Then they sent me a picture of a replacement door by email which I replied looked suitable. I have been sending emails but I have had no response for a while and it is almost 7months since my door was broke and I think this is unacceptable to be treated in this way.
