Complaint against Gourmet Society
I was charged £39.99 for an automatic renewal. This happened - Gourmet Society claim - after they sent me a renewal email. I have checked my inbox and junk and no such email was ever received. In any event, I alerted them immediately after I realised they had deducted the money, highlighting my wish for my membership to not be renewed. The customer service was appalling and they have refused to refund me.
