I had no email or notification that my membership was set to be renewed. Then all of a sudden 40 pound was taken out my account. I dont see how a company can take this amount of money without even notifying the customer?! The website is hard to navigate and i work within websites and its shocking to see it that hard to something so easy. I can see many people have been caught out by this, and i hightly doubt i will get my money back. I would not recomend this company at all, the discount you get isnt even worth 40 pound in the first place! DO NOT APPLY FOR A CARD! Shocking company absolutely disgusting.
