Complaint against Gourmet Society
I called the company to complain about the the offers not being clear and restaurants not accepting the card because they were mis wording the deals and told them I wanted to cancel the membership. When I had an email saying they were going to renew the membership I went to the site and tried to cancel but the link on the website wouldn't work. I called them and they said I had to cancel in writing via email so I did... Then I was charged for membership. When I called up again the man insisted that there had been no emails or calls and refused to refund me.
