Complaint against Gourmet Society
So I wake up on the morning of the 24th of July with £39.99 missing from my bank account, taken by "Gourmet Society" - with no idea what or who that was. Seems that back in January I got a promo code through O2 priorities and 6 months later - without so much as a peep - Gourmet Society decides to take it on themselves to slide that money straight from my bank account. This organisation does not give two hoots that I never actually signed into the GS account (they don't send a plastic card, which would actually remind customers to use their service...), nor that I didn't even use it ONCE in 6 months, and they decide to take a whole year's worth of subscription money without any confirmation or notification. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
