Membership Cancelled but Renewed

Complaint against Gourmet Society

I contacted Gourmet Society a while ago asking to cancel my membership with them. I received no confirmation, but everything seemed alright and I never received a new card, so I assumed it had all gone through. I just received a bank statement saying that I have been charged for another year's subscription, and yet still have not received the new card. I do not want the new card, and I want my membership cancelled and my money refunded.
