Membership renewed when cancelled
Complaint against
Gourmet Society
I contacted GS via their own web form to cancel my membership it was cancel weeks before it was due due to work commitments I am unable to phone up to cancel so I used the web form, the money has been taken and GS refuse to refund apparently it’s my fault for not phoning up, GS claim they sent a renewal reminding but are unable to resend the original email I never received any reminder
