Complaint against Gourmet Society
Money taken out of my bank for renewal without permission or informing me of this withdrawel. I stated i do not want to renew but they are refusing to give me a refund even though the money was taken out before my membership expired. Also customer services were very aggressive and verbally abusive when i contacted them about taking money from my account. I have never been shouted at over the phone by someone who should be there to help and support customers
