Complaint against Gourmet Society
I had a trial with the gourmet society. I didn't use the membership so went through the difficult cancellation process. Thought I had cancelled by following the steps they had given me and thought that was the end of it since I have had no further emails or contact from them. Now they have taken the money from me anyway. I logged in to my account and now they have changed the cancellation process from the last time I looked. They have taken £39.99 from me which I cannot afford and I still am waiting for a response. From other people's experiences it sounds like a waste of time anyway but I want my money back as I cancelled
