Complaint against Gourmet Society

I cancelled (well I thought I did!) my membership, I know I did as I put a reminder in my calendar and deleted the app, I wouldnt delete the app without cancelling my membership. As soon as I got the email to say I’d been charged I got in touch via the form on their website, their email address and through PayPal, I also got PayPal to cancel all future payments. They got in touch to say because of the terms and agreements they would t refund me. I tried to get across how I am on minimum wage and after bills I have nothing left, I explained I will know not have money for food for the month never mind money for dining out with their card! They haven’t responded and I don’t expect they will but I won’t give up trying to get my money back. Very misleading cancellation process what a terrible company.
