[RESOLVED] - Late delivery of Christmas food order

Complaint against MuscleFood

Order for Christmas turkey, sprouts and roasting potatoes from MuscleFood was due for delivery 22/12. Promised dispatch email not received so I filled in their contact form for update. Late afternoon I got a message with a link to parcelforce tracking, but no tracking number telling me they had a quality issue with a product & some customers orders might be delayed. They didn't offer any advice on what to do if it was or give any guarantee of next day delivery. I contacted then again and eventually, after more of the same uninformative email, I was assured I would receive it 23/12. Parcelforce tracking confirmed dispatch. Nothing delivered by 5pm so called parcelforce who said they deliver until 6.15
