Complaint against UberEats

I ordered food from a restaurant for all of my family. My food arrived and some was missing so I contacted Uber eats and they issued a refund. Still half my family to feed I reordered paying a second delivery fee and when my food arrived, once again the same parts of my food were missing. I contacted Uber eats once again and this time their customer service was literally non existent. They responded to my previous message 1st order that was placed) advising that they had already dealt with my issue. So I opened a second chat once again explaining everything that had happened. I received a response an hour later asking for me to once again confirm what had happen. I sent a third message explaining everything in detail. Another response hours later by a completely different person asking me to once again confirm in detail what had happen. At this point I became really frustrated I advised them they are not being helpful at all and once again I explained in steps what has happened. It’s now the next day and I am still waiting to hear a response from this company!

Update on this situation. Uber eats was not helpful at all. They kept repeating themselves and asking me to confirm what had happened. This had been going on for almost three days AND APPARENTLY ESCALATED TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF CONTACT. I got an email saying they issued my refund, and a few moments later they reversed the refund and said its against their policy. Im still out of pocket!
