Poorest quality food matches the horrible quality of customer service

Complaint against UberEats

I placed an order via uber eats to McDonalds. My food was delivered and as I took everything out the bag every single item I touched was cold not warm cold! The fries were half full at best and coke was flat as though it had been standing there all day I had just spent my hard earned money on food that was barely edible it was so stale there is no way that food was fresh. I alerted ubereats straight away and they said they were sorry but they weren't prepared to do anything about it to leave feedback for the restaurant and hopefully my next experience will be better!! Literally the worst customer service they send me the same reply worded slightly different to every message I sent. Despite me asking for details of how to escalate my complaint 4 times the latest reply was we're going backwards and forwards and they basically are not willing to rectify the issue. They have still not given details of how to escalate my complaint. I work hard for my money and as a weekend treat ordered via uber eats this is not acceptable these companies cannot take money from customers and fail to deliver on quality and customer service absolutely appalling.
