Complaint against UberEats

Uber Eats do not care when people have a genuine complaint on the food they receive. I recently received an unacceptable food order, i explained to uber eats the issue which in my opinion was shocking and warranted a full refund, they brushed me off by refunding a fraction of the cost, no offer to refund or even replace the food. I am not sure how they can rip people off this way and get away with it, it is unbelievable how they do not compensate adequately for unacceptable food, food which they can as far as I am concerned easily pick back up and return to the restaurant for investigation. So sick off them never satisfying a complaint fully and feeling defrauded and deceived by them. Never have this problem with zomato or deliveroo, ever. But uber are just taking utter advantage of their customers and the restaurants they are delivering for are just as bad! Enough is enough.
