Complaint against Subway
On Friday 30th October 2015 at around 6:30pm. I decided to go to the new subway which opened around a week ago in Bourne in licolnshire. There was a young woman with dark hair working on the front counter, who was unbelievably rude in all aspects and didn't seem happy and enthusiastic about her job. She then also waited until we got to the till to tell us the card machine wasn't working when our food was ready so we then had to go to a cash machine, which now meant that our food was cold. I also had to pull the young woman up to say how my deal had a drink included in it, which she didn't offer me after she took the cash. One more thing there was no variety of bred just one type left which I think is a very poor level of service for a new business opening.
