Complaint against Burger King
We went to Burger King, Roaring Meg. Bill number 428. We ordered one Whopper meal and one Double Whopper meal along with two regular smoothies.The till ran out of paper which took the operator a long time to get the till roll in correctly, then the operator asked another operator to help, during that time our payment cards where declined twice, two different cards. The operator made us feel as though we had no money! Great! The whoppers came through long before the chips where even cooked. The operator went to make our drinks. When we received the drinks they were just lumps of ice not like a smoothie at all. Eventually we got our meals. The Whoppers where cold. it just got better! We spoke to the manager and he just trugged his shoulders. I then asked to speak a manager. he told me he was the manager and that some one else but he said that some one would be in later. What was the point in talking to him? we spent £14.98 and for what.cold food, . Drinks that were pure lumps of ice, no flavour and no hot food. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER CARE. WE SHALL NOT BE GOING TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND OUR MONEY AND PUT THIS MATTER RIGHT. FRIENDS OF OURS WILL LEARN ABOUT THIS ON FACEBOOK. A BAD MARK AGAINST YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.
