Shocking Customer Service

Complaint against Burger King

Hi I vistied your Hillington branch early afternoon on Sunday 01/11/2015. I am a regular at this branch and purchase from here around twice per week. I used drive through and when i was placing my order i was advised their was no juice or no water. Im assuming by the voice it was a young girl who was taking my order, When she advised me there was no juice i asked if my meal price would be reduced due to not having any juice, much to my disappointment i was greeted with a giggle from the young girl and the shocked reply of " eh i dont know" much to my surprise she was extremely shocked when i asked if she could go and find out she then came back to me a few minutes later to tell me "naw" I was extremely disappointed at the service i received. No food was ordered by myself on Sunday we went to KFC instead. I understand things happen and things break down but i would most definitely expect a much better service than what i received on Sunday. Going forward id much rather take my money where i will actually receive a great customer service. Its definitely not all about the food. Thanks
