Complaint against Nescafe

What a disappointment this morning when I go to Minat Supermarket in Kulim all the way from Bukit Mertajam to redeem the teapot and cups. It takes us around 40 minutes to and fro for the journey. When we arrived there at around 11 am. We are told by the worker in the van with plate no. VCQ2925 to come again in the afternoon at 2.30 pm because they only provided 30 sets of teapot and cups for redeem in the morning and another 30 sets in the afternoon. We did pleaded to the workers but they don't bother our difficulty. They insisted us to wait until 2.30 pm while they were idling do nothing. Please inform your customer only 30 sets were giving away on each session next time. What a waste of time and petrol to us.
