Could not get through to cancel membership - now being charged
Complaint against Tastecard
I have tried to contact Tastecard several times in order to cancel the renewal of my £1 3 month trial before the deadline, however could never get through to anyone - I am now going to be charged despite my efforts to comply with the procedure set out in the terms and conditions.
