Complaint against Tastecard
When I signed up for taste card the terms and conditions stated that I would get a reminder when it was due for renewal. This did not happen and the first I knew about it being renewed was when they emailed me to say they'd taken the money. They claim they sent the reminder but I have rechecked my inbox, uncleared trash and spam and there is no email. They then day they CAN'T refund as they say they sent the email.
