Complaint against Tastecard
Tastecard renewed my membership without contacting me. I called to complain and was told that it was renewed on the 21/10/17 and that I had been sent an email reminder on 21/9/17. I never received an email, not even in my spam. I asked for a refund but they refused. Even though i have not even recieved a new card. The person I spoke to said it had been posted yesterday, which is 3 days after the expiry date of the old one. Terrible attitude too.
