Complaint against Tastecard

Today I received an email to say I have re-subscribed ,which is weird considering I have never heard of this company I read the email to say I have paid 34.99 towards it which has been taken out of my bank account, i try to login with their website to be told i dont have an account

If you have had a bad experience with Tastecard regarding their renewal practices please get in touch with BBC Watchdog, I have.
