Complaint against Tastecard

So even though tastecard did not send me any renewal reminder (I check my spam every 3 days) and I phoned them 1 week before my old membership expired and no one answered the phone despite me waiting 30 minutes, tastecard has now automatically renewed my membership. Let me just remind you of the most important points: *Tastecard say they will contact you when your membership is due to be renewed - I can guarantee you they did not contact me about this * Tastecard say you can only cancel the automatic renewal by phone but I called way ahead of time and could not get through to a customer service agent *Tastecard also have nowhere on their website where customers can log into their accounts and opt out of the automatic renewal I have sent a complaint to them demanding a refund. Lets see if they will refund me or continue their theatre of dishonour by trying to keep my money. If they do not refund me - I will never use their company again and I will also spread the news of the automatic renewals far and wide getting everyone I can reach online to opt out of the auto renewal asap. This company is not honest.
