Hi I visited your hungry horse at the halcyon Peterborough today, it was a party of 12 that was pre booked, we all chose the Sunday roast with 4 having the large plate, there was a sign to show a 45 min wait which was fine, however our meal came within about 10. Great I thought nice and quick, but that thought didn't last long. The veg were almost raw, I told the waitress who was lovely and took the meals away. I then advised the supervisor of the issue and he apologised and went on his merry way. So new meals come out about 5 mins later and SURPRISE yes you've guessed it raw veg, I again called the supervisor and gave him a carrot to try, just so he knew, his response was oh yes they are a little crunchy😂😂, what a funny guy, he should be in stand up. By now all the other meals are arriving, he mumbled that it was his fault as he was later and this made the prep later and so the veg was raw, I suppose he thought there was some logic in his explanation, he then exited stage left at speed, well speed for him. All the other meals were equally as bad so I called him back And asked for a refund. This was given. However there was no apology, we went out in the snow for a family meal after a stressful week where we buried my brother in law on Friday. This is not good for any business and his attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Looking forward to your response Sandra Young
