Complaint against Hungry Horse
We stayed at premier inn Southampton West on the 14 & 15 of August 2017. We went into the Hungry horse restaurant the evening of the 14th.we saw several tables that had reserved on them ,so we looked to find a free table .we chose what we wanted then stood in a que for 15 minutes to order it. Once ordered we waited at least 40 minutes .when it came my partners was cold and mine wasn't there .my grandaghters was covered in a sweet and sour sauce ,which was not on the menu .The dish my granddaughter ordered had a Thai coconut dressing with red chilliest ,so we asked if we could have this served separate ,which they did.Mine arrived after the others . When we left the restaurant I looked around and quite a lot of the reserved tables were still empty .Next morning we went to have breakfast,my partner and me ordered ,bacon ,egg,sausage mushrooms and tomatoes.my breakfast was bacon egg ,two mushrooms and one small piece of tomato .Thw quality of the food was not good .most of the things on your menu that you can help yourself to were not available .we cancelled the next days breakfast ! the food looks appetising on your menu ,but when it arrives it's not good !
