[LAPSED] Oven break down after just 3 months and the company is taking 3 months to send the parts.

Complaint against ecatering

We bought a new oven and after just three months is broken. The company warranty only provides t parts.it Has been 3 months since we have contacted them and they still haven't send us the parts. Also they don't reply our email, and on the phone we always get t same we use answer, we will let you know. But no one does. There isn't never a manager to speak to and their manners are horrific. Very disappointing.

Not sure what the issue is. The oven had a parts only warranty. You knew this at the time of purchase as you acknowledged on your online order that you had read the terms and conditions of sale. You were asked to send an engineers report stating the parts required and you did not do this, therefore we were unable to send any part until you could confirm which part you needed.
