Complaint against ecatering

Purchased Teikos Pass Through Hood Dishwasher November 2017. I called ecatering back in November to complain about a electrical fault No Help Whatsoever. Today I had need to contact them again 12/3/18 to report that the handle had fell off and the machine was not usable and requested assistance. Firstly having been patronised, then to be told they had never heard of that type of problem, and by the way if its not a mechanical fault then there's nothing they can do. I tried to explain that it was in fact a mechanical fault as the door travels up then down to activate the machine cycle. The fact that the cost was 1.5k isn't the issue. Customer services zero....

Thank you for your comments though airing them on this type of forum does nothing to expedite any complaint. We are looking into this matter and liaising with the manufacturer on it. The handle is not s mechanical item but a fixed piece of bodywork. If the handle is coming off it is more then likely due to misuse and heavy handling, or it could be a loose screw. We will revert back to you soon
