Unable to get deposit refunded
Complaint against Complete Energy Europe
Requested a refund of deposit £2745 that was paid in September 2015. Letters, phone calls and emails not answered. Complete Energy together with a company called XEFRO GROUP have installed heating systems to other customers, that I know of (we have set up a collective called XEFRO Club), which have overheated and are not fit for purpose. The group were informed by XEFRO that the two companies had come to an arrangement that would enable CEE to refund the deposits still outstanding. This agreement and the promise of returning monies to customers has come to nothing and both Complete Energy Europe and XEFRO have now stopped responding to all requests.
