Complaint against Flow Energy
when i moved into my first own flat, Flow calls to suggest a switch with a fixed price of 39£ for two years. ok deal. first two months paid, but my neighbours comes to me saying Flow has taken on their electricity not mine. So i have been paying for my neighbor s bill. Contact flow to advise, no apologies were given and photos were requested to prove which ipam is mine. photos taken and given. the only response i ever got from giving the requested photos was, not clear enough send more photos. the photos were as clearest as possible and very much readable. So i insist still with more photos and get no reply assuming its getting sorted and if not i would hear from them. Months later i receive a text from Flow asking me to pay 15£ fee for leaving..... never asked to leave. look at my emails and accounts etc. no emails nothing, no payments were taken either! so Flow had just given up on sorting out an issue they created and not advising me of anything but their due fee... i had contacted them many times, put many complaints about this a still to this day have had no reply! no apologies! and am now due a huge bill to EDF , the previous energy provider.
