Unable to process switch from Eon on time
Complaint against Daligas
From initial e mail from Daligas on 30th Sept 2016 until 3rd Jan 2017 - I have had no contact from Daligas re switching other than when I have contacted them by phone. Present contract ends with Eon on the 3rd I am then onto expensive standard rate until switch instigated to Daligas. Daligas blaming this on the National Grid. Unacceptable and very poor customer service.
