Complaint against Bristol Energy
Although the power supply to my house has been uninterrupted the administrative chaos over my last year’s contract has been outstanding. Online meter reading attempts were rarely successful and I’ve had numerous contacts via email phone and letters none of which have been useful and one email was downright rude. Then to top it off 6 months, yes 6 months, after the end of my contract they debited my account by £407+. I’m struggling onwards to achieve clarity but infuriated and would never recommend this company under any circumstances.
