Complaint against Avro Energy
I asked for a refund by e-mail for the credit on my account. It took ten days to tell me they had passed it on to another department and I had to wait another 10 - 14 days for a reply. So I phoned and was on hold for 36 minutes only to be told by a really, totally disinterested operator that there was nothing he would do. He could not pass me to any other department. He could not pass me to a supervisor or give me any advise what so ever, except, I would get another answer by e-mail in about 10 - 14 days. I would only imagine that this company can operate on an absolute minimum, cut to the bone, expenditure. Are they making a profit from my credit? They don't want to give it back very freely! If you pay cheap you get... I would avoid like the plague.
