Complaint against Avro Energy
Despite notifying this company I was changing supplier in August (new supplier took first payment early September) I have yet to be paid my outstanding credit - apparently I should now receive it mid-January. I have phoned and emailed a number of times without joy. I have explained I desperately need the money to live on, no joy just platitudes. I'm very unhappy and stressed about the situation; it will be more than five months from first contact by the time I finally see MY money.
