Hi Kara. I don't play the runaround game as others appear to do. This morning I was advised 28 days, A short discussion and 10 to 15 days is pulled from the hat..Good news for me, its been sorted. Fortunately your games have expired. I read on another site some 4000 waiting in a backlog queue, hoping for a refund. There is no chance of my money being returned using your service for many weeks or is it months? My refund appears to be on its way to my bank after OMBUDSMAN DECISION.

You are not posting here on a REVIEW SITE to help me. You will receive financial remuneration for "signing up customers". Save me £300 from a £600 annual bill, you can't. I can save over £90 moving energy away from Utility Warehouse. You are as low as a snakes belly, plying your trade to EE customers. FACT: You can't save 50% from a £600 bill. People can be vulnerable and easy targets.
