Complaint against Economy Energy

I was on a year fixed plan and left Economy energy in may 2018. Over the year I've overpaid 250 pounds which I'm trying to get refunded. Every single time (phone, messenger) I was advised that refund is issued and will reach me in 10 days. I've made last (6th) attempt through email on 31.08.2018 so I can have a proof and until today I haven't received any reply. Could you please help me to resolve it?

I do apologise Damian, it is usually procedure that once the customer has received their final bill they can request their refund with us. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. ^Kara

So what is going to happen now? I received final bill for gas on 31 July saying that you owe me 184,77 but until today I still haven't received it yet although I was told numerous times that the money will be send.

Also final bill for electricity should have been done long time as its 5 months since I've left Economy energy. Anyway in previous comments you've said on 12.09.2018 that sbd will look in to that and I received an email with the procedure how long it may take. Result: I'm guessing same as usual. Nothing has happened! As i cannot see final bill in the account!

Kara I am owed nearly £400 by economy energy with no timetable scale as to when I will get it back. I have called numerous times and I am just told it’s being processed. It’s just before Christmas and I have two small children and I am now in debt due to the the extra direct debits economy energy took. I am now trying frantically to sign up to extra shifts on top of my usual to pay for Christmas
