[RESPONDED] Awful service

Complaint against Economy Energy

1 yr contract ending soon. Been told same tariff not available and best they could do is double (!!) the tariff. Made contract with new company, 1 week before switch was contacted by Economy Energy, informing they would not allow the move as owning them £200 which is completely wrong. Now they are refusing to speed up bill (which been told could take 14 working days), keep the same tariff or simply allowing me to leave. Feeling stuck at the moment, would not recommend!!
