Complaint against Economy Energy
I recently changed supplier from Economy Energy to EDF on the 16th October using Aspokesmansaid. Economy Energy still took the direct debit from my bank account 2 weeks after this date! I phoned them and was assured they would return what was owed and send me a settlement letter, however they didn't. I phoned again and was told the same and still they didn't. I sent them an e-mail of complaint to their complaints department and still I've had no reply. This is now 5 1/2 weeks after the changeover and they still owe me over £300. How can I make them pay me back and can you help please? Thank you, R. Troy.
